These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Pups & Studs. By creating an account, posting content, buying a listing, using the pedigree designer, messaging another user, or browsing the community, you agree to use the platform responsibly.
Marketplace and community role
Pups & Studs is a listing, communication, pedigree, advertising, and community platform. We do not directly sell puppies or dogs, provide stud services, verify every claim, guarantee animal health, guarantee registration status, or control any agreement made away from the site.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you post and for verifying the information you receive. Buyers, breeders, owners, and promoters must verify identity, health records, vaccination and deworming records, registration claims, pedigree claims, contracts, transportation rules, animal welfare laws, local laws, and payment terms before moving forward.
Payments and refund policy
Listing fees, pedigree designer purchases, advertising, and promotional purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where Pups & Studs chooses to issue a courtesy credit. Pups & Studs does not process or refund off-platform animal purchase payments, puppy deposits, stud service fees, transport fees, or private agreements between users.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not post scams, misleading claims, illegal sales, puppy mill activity, underage puppy sales, stolen photos, harassment, spam, hate, threats, animal welfare concerns, fake registrations, false health claims, or content that bypasses paid listing rules. Social wall posts cannot be used as unpaid puppy-for-sale or stud-service ads.
Messaging, reporting, and moderation
Users can report listings, messages, profiles, kennels, dog shows, ads, posts, and comments. We may remove content, suspend accounts, restrict features, preserve records, or cooperate with lawful requests when needed for safety, compliance, or platform integrity.
Mobile app and store terms
If Pups & Studs is offered through an app marketplace, additional app store rules may apply. Apple and other app store providers are not sponsors of user listings, contests, off-platform transactions, animal purchases, or marketplace communications. Digital purchases made in an app may be handled according to the payment rules for that app environment.
Account termination
You can delete your account from dashboard settings. Account deletion removes public access, closes marketplace activity, archives public listings and ads, hides profile and pedigree ownership pages where applicable, and turns off email and SMS consent. We retain records needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment history, dispute handling, moderation, reports, and audit logs.
