Buyers can load tickets on their phone. The QR refreshes during check-in, so screenshots are harder to reuse.

Scanner staff

Add staff to help scan at the door. Each scan logs who scanned, when it happened, and whether it was accepted.

Booth sales

Sell vendor booths with quantities, booth size, included items, service fee handling, and promoter dashboard visibility.

Class pre-registration

Pre-sell class spots, set capacity, track judges, export sign-in sheets, and leave room for in-person entries.

Stripe Connect direct charges

Charges are created on the promoter connected account. Pups & Studs collects the service fee as an application fee.

Admission tickets and booths include a $2.99 service fee per item. Class registrations include a 10% platform fee on top of the promoter’s class price.
